Noise and False Color:
- The picture looks noisy and there are specks of  false color in parts of it. This could be due to the rain, since the image was taken on a rainy day. On the other hand, some of the noise and false colors could also be due to the dim conditions in which the picture was taken.

However, the white specks of noise in the sky are introduced by the camera itself, as shown in the zoom-in below.

High Dynamic Range:
- The street light look over-exposed in this picture. There is high dynamic range of light in this picture since it has dim regions as well as very bright regions. In this case,  it is actually acceptable since lights are supposed to be bright. Another example is the sun.
