This picture taken by Kyocera FineCam SL400R digital camera shows a shot of some tall buildings in the Central Business District.

My Observations:

-No Blurring
There is minimal blurring in this picture. This allow the small windows of the tall buildings to be distinguished clearly, although they are quite far away.

-Noise
There are some noise on the surface of the buildings. Take for example, the white building at the bottom of the picture, which is the Fullerton Hotel. By taking a closer look at the picture, you will find that it looks a bit dirty and there are some noise on it, as shown in the picture below.

The trees near the bottom of the picture also looks fuzzy.
