Noise:
- The walls and the surface of the banner looks noisy, as shown below.

High Dynamic Range:
- Regions which are illuminated by sunlight are over exposed in this picture. The range of illuminance there are too large to be captured by the camera. More details in these areas will make the picture look better.

- The face and hair of the man in the zoom-in below looks distorted.
