This picture was taken using the Olympus D580 digital camera and it shows a goalpost in the middle of a field. The color of the picture are very fresh and intense, giving the picture a vibrant look. Although the picture was taken in very bright sunlight, the digtial camera was able to capture the details of the scene well and avoided adding too much exposure. You can see that the details of the clouds in the sky as well as the horizontal railings of the metal raling in the background are captured very well with lots of details.

However, one place in this picture where there is a loss of details in the region of the goalpost in the centre of the picture. here, the digital camera was not able to capture the details of the net of the goalpost well and all you will see is a patch of blurred noise if you zoom into the area. However, I was sure that I could see the net of the goalpost when I was taking the picture. It would be great if the camera could capture the details of the net of the goalpost just the way my eyes see them.

All in all, the quality of this picture is already very good compared to that taken by the DigiCam ES3310 over here. The one taken by D580 looks sharper compared to the one by ES3310. Both picture of the two cameras were taken at the around the same time under the same lighting conditions.
