This picture taken by Olympus Mju410 digital camera shows a shot of a dragon boat float floating in a shopping mall.

My Observations:

-Noise
The underside of the green dragon boat float looks noisy and uneven. This is highlighted in the red rectangle above.

There is also some noise on the white walls behind the green dragon boat float, as highlighted by the blue rectangle above. All these are shown in the pictures below.
