My Observations:

-Trees Look Blurred
The trees look blurred in the picture and their leaves and branches becomes green patches instead.

-Colored Stripes across Buildings
The buildings in the background of the picture appears to have colored stripes across them. The stripes are not present on the buildings in the actual scene.
