This picture taken by Sony Ericsson T610 camera phone shows some bushes along the staircase in broad daylight.

My Observations:

-Colors become Washed Out
The right part of the image becomes too bright and white and the colors become washed out.

-Blurring
The purple flowers are blurred and their petals cannot be distinguished easily, even in the foreground.

-High Dynamic Range Problem
This picture has large dynamic range of light values. The camera can only capture a limited range of the light. As a result, right side of picture becomes very white and left side becomes all black.
