This picture taken by Sony Ericsson T610 camera phone shows a fountain taken in broad daylight.

My Observations:

-Blurring
The whole picture looks blurred. The leaves of the row of palm trees cannot be distinguished.
The fountain looks flat and unreal without details of individual water droplets.
The ripples of the pond are also blurred too.

There are spots of colored artifacts in the leaves of the palm trees.
